Alc.: 13 % vol.
Volume: 750 ml.
Grape variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot.
Ageing potential: 2017 - 2027.
Maceration takes place for four weeks in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container.
Fermentation with gentle punching-down for selective extraction of the tannins. Maturation: 4 years in oak barrels and 6 months in the bottles.
Intense color, ranging from ruby to garnet. Aromatic power particularly subtle and pleasantly fruity, with very ripe, concentrated flavours. The wine is full-bodied , harmoniously balanced and generous, with finesse and elegance. The wine is "long in the mouth" with a certain "friendliness" and a remarkable aptitude for ageing thanks to very fine but very present tannins.
Lamb, red meats, roast guinea fowl, maturated mountain cheeses. Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.
