Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation up to 2 months in oak barrels.
Characteristics:
The colour is straw yellow with copper hues. Green fruit flavour: grape juice, gooseberry, slight lime. Beeswax with minerality with honey and a citrus finish.
Food pairings:
Warm appetizers with vegetables, fish, white meat. To serve at 10 - 12° C.
