Volume: 750 ml.
Grape variety: 40 % Malvasia, 30 % Sauvignon Vert, 30 % Rebula.
Shorter maceration of grape mash. Fermentation in stainless steel containers, then 4 months on fine lees.
The wine consists of three domesticated varieties. It is light yellow in colour with slight yellow-green hues. Floral-fruity scents intertwined with herbal notes predominate. The taste is full and fresh at the same time.
Good with grilled fish, white meat, young cheeses. To serve at 10 - 12 °C.
