Vinification:
Short maceration, up to 6 hours, in contact with skins and seeds in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Natural maturing in barrique oak barrels for 9 months.
Characteristics:
Aromas of honey, candied fruits, citrus with balsamic notes.
Excellent balance between the roundness of the sugar and the acidity.
Food Pairings:
Goes well with cooked fish, white meats, rabbit, white sauce casserole dishes. To serve at 10‐14° C.
