Alc.: 13% vol.
Volume: 750 ml.
Grape variety: Sauvignon Vert.
Maceration takes place for 7 days in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 24 months in oak barrels and additional 6 months in the bottles.
Ageing potential: 2018 - 2022.
Characteristics: The bouquet is very fruity, with gentle touch of ripe peach, pear and apricot kernel. In the mouth, the sensations from the nose are repeated, the fruitiness continues even in a medium-long, fresh and pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairings: Good for white meat and fish. To serve at 10 - 12° C.
