Sparkling wine Bjana is produced according to the classical method. Vinification of the main still wine takes place separately by variety in oak barrels. When the main varietal wines are ripe, a blend is prepared from them, which is bottled and the vinification of sparkling wine begins. The process of maturing wine in bottles lasts at least two years, and continues until the wine is opened before serving.
The wine has a delicate golden yellow color with bright shiny small bubbles.
A fresh bouquet with a whole spectrum of fruity aromas: apples, pears, apricots.
The wine is dry, with a dense and oily texture. In the mouth, a ripe fruity taste with subtle hints of cinnamon and floral herbal undertones.
Goes well with oysters, fish, sushi and seafood salads.
Serving temperature: 8 °C.
