Alc.: 13.5% vol.
Volume: 750 ml.
Grape variety: Barbera.
Vinification: 20 days of maceration in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container, and 24 months of maturing in oak barrels.
Ageing potential: 2019 - 2023.
The wine is deep purple in colour. It smells of cherries, boiled plums, a hint of wood. Dry wine of high acids, tannins are lower, a little rough, ripe, with a slightly spicy finish.
Good for steak, barbecue, pasta or risotto.
