Maceration takes place for 10 days in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 24 months in oak barrique and 6 months in bottles.
Ageing potential: 2019 - 2026.
Bright orange with golden-yellow reflections in color.
Natural subtle Ribolla Gialla fragrance, surrounded by wood, apricot and citrus.
Dry and dense, still young (in 2021), very fresh with light minerality.
Moderately macerated and well balanced orange wine.
Perfect wine for a warm spring evening. In terms of food, what would you choose for a night like this? Some lean fish? Light salad? Quite suitable, especially on an open terrace and preferably on the waterfront. Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
