5 hours maceration, fermentation in stainless steel containers, then 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel containers.
Straw yellow in colour. Dominated by tropical notes, and a delicate scent of acacia flowers. The wine tastes fruity, with an emphasis on freshness and elegance.
Fish, seafood, chicken, salads, cheeses. Malvasia is also a very good aperitif. To serve at 10 - 12 °C.
