Grape variety: Refošk.
Maceration about two weeks in contact with skins and seeds. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Wine is fermented with the natural grapes yeast. Matured in oak barrique with dark chocolate for 18 months.
The wine is deep purple in color. The bouquet is rich and ripe with bright hint of chocolate. Woody notes and a slight pleasant notes of cocoa and black cherries emerge. Very harmonious and lively dessert wine.
The wine goes well with sweet Mediterranean desserts like Tiramisu or can be enjoyed by itself as a digestive. Serving temperature: 6 - 8 °C.
