Harvest: September, hand picking.
Cold maceration takes place for 24 hours in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container without the addition of selected yeasts. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation about 2 months in oak barrels.
Peach, citrus and apple notes, and a faint floral aromatic profile. The palate is smooth but intense, powerful and grippy.
Aperitif, cold and warm appetizers with vegetables, fish. To serve at 10 - 12° C.
