The wine is a deep ruby colour. The bouquet is very spicy, which can be attributed to the large proportion of barberry and cabernet sauvignon. We also can find blackberries, black fruit, chocolate and earth. In the mouth, the wine is dry, with an abundance of acids that stand out slightly. The tannin content is high, the wine is bold, fairly robust, but good, as the grapes were very ripe. It will soften a bit over time.
Good match with red meat: barbecue or steak.
